In Belgrade Waterfront, works have begun on four more residential buildings – BW Perla, BW Riviera, BW King’s Park and BW Queen’s Park – and renowned domestic construction companies Starting and JV Modulor&DMA have been selected as contractors. In addition to these four buildings, there are currently 11 more under construction, as well as Kula Belgrade.
Situated in the most attractive location in the capital, right on the bank of the Sava, BW Perla and BW Riviera, with their elegant design and unobtrusive luxury, form a harmonious whole with the river ambiance, but also with the old city core. With the construction of BW Terraces, the local construction company Starting proved to be a reliable partner that applies the highest standards, so it was the logical choice for the structural works of these two objects.
BW King’s Park and BW Queen’s Park, nearby Sava Park, were designed for lovers of an active lifestyle in a peaceful surroundings full of greenery, but close to all city amenities. The domestic company JV Modulor&DMA was chosen for the construction of these two buildings. This company has been succesfully implementing challenging construction projects for almost 30 years, both in the country and in Southeastern Europe and abroad.
„We are immensely proud of the fact that within the Belgrade Waterfront we engage domestic companies with a rich portfolio, whose quality is recognized on both local and international market. By building residential buildings of first-class quality and aesthetics, we enable residents to experience a completely new dimension of life in the most exclusive location in the city, close to the river. Our goal is, as before, to justify and exceed their expectations“, said Zorana Burlic, General Manager of Belgrade Waterfront.
In addition to offering the privilege of living in the surroundings that combines dynamic city life and the peace of lush greenery, Belgrade Waterfront provides the highest quality facilities at your fingertips. By the end of the year, the construction of the public bilingual primary school and the most modern kindergarten will start, as well as the reconstruction of the Old Post Office in Savska Street, which will house a children’s centre. Also, this is one of the best connected parts of the city, and the first two metro lines will intersect at Sava Square.
