STRABAG d.o.o. Beograd, one of the largest construction companies in Serbia, was chosen as the structural works contractor for the construction of new buildings within the Belgrade Waterfront –BW Lumia and BW Eterna. Works on these two residential objects will begin in August, and completion is planned for the first part of 2025.

Their expertise, dedication, and quality of workmanship have been already proven during the construction of previous buildings within the Belgrade Waterfront – BW Vista, BW Parkview, BW Arcadia and BW Aurora.
BW Lumia will be located at the very beginning of the Elements complex, not far from Sava Park. The 91-apartment building will offer future buyers a wide range of options – from studios to four-bedroom apartments. Owing to its the location within the Elements complex, and depending on the orientation, the apartments have an unobstructed view of the park or the landscaped inner courtyard, and a limited number of units can boast a timeless view of the old part of Belgrade.
BW Eterna will also be located within the Elements complex and is an eight-story building with 223 apartments – from one to four bedrooms. Depending on the position they occupy within the building, the apartments have an exceptional view of the private inner courtyard, while a limited number of apartments are oriented towards the beautiful panorama of the old town.
