The Serbian New Year welcomed with a new spectacular fireworks on Kula Belgrade

The traditional New Year’s Eve according to the Julian calendar in Belgrade Waterfront was marked by another spectacular fireworks display from Kula Belgrade and from New Belgrade’s riverfront, which rounded off the January festive celebration on the right bank of the Sava River.

Just before the „setting of the hands“ on the night between January 13th and 14th, a special projection with national symbols was broadcast on the highest building in Serbia and the region, and when the last second of the old year was counted down, a new sensational fireworks followed in the sky above the river. The three-minute pyrotechnic sensations in the colors of the Serbian tricolor was accompanied the entire time by a unique laser show and specially composed music, inspired by the rich Serbian tradition.

Top professionals from the domestic company Pyro-Team Serbia were in charge of setting off the fireworks from the new symbol of the capital. They also designed the pyrotechnic show at Sava Promenada on December 31. Belgrade and Serbia have once again sent a memorable image to the world and celebrated the Serbian New Year in the most beautiful way.
