Belgrade Waterfront won the prestigious international real estate award European Property Awards, in „Mixed-use Development“ category. In addition to this significant recognition, Belgrade Waterfront was also declared the winner in the „Development Marketing“ category for the campaign for the building BW Perla at a ceremony in London. When selecting the winners, an independent international jury, made of 80 experienced real estate professionals, considered key factors such as architecture, design, quality, services, innovation, originality and commitment to the sustainability.
