Belgrade Waterfront was honoured during the European Property Awards in the ‘Best Mixed-use Development’ category where it competed against the top real estate development projects across the European region. The winners were announced at the ceremony held at The Royal Lancaster on 25 October 2018.
“We are immensely proud to have been presented with this award, which recognizes our vision for the region far beyond South-East Europe,” said Nikola Nedeljkovic, General Manager of Belgrade Waterfront. “This accolade is testament to the unique waterfront lifestyle we’re bringing to life, creating a strong echo surpassing the borders of our country,” Nedeljkovic added.
The European Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards, a prestigious awards event that celebrates the highest levels of achievement by real estate developers. The awards are divided into regions that cover Africa, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Canada, the Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, the UK and the USA. Participants enter at their regional level and are judged by an independent panel of 80 industry experts who evaluate properties based on their design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.
As a five-star winner, Belgrade Waterfront will be competing against five-star winners in other regions of the world. Following this competition, the 2018 International winners in each category will be identified as the ‘World’s Best’ and announced during an awards ceremony to be held in London on 3 December 2018.
