Belgrade Waterfront, the spectacular new city hub situated along River Sava, is taking concrete shape for on-schedule delivery of its first residential buildings BW Residences, with the main works contract awarded to Energoprojekt.
The construction of BW Residences’ two towers is already underway and coming along as per schedule with a Gross Construction Area of 67,500 sqm, with Energoprojekt’s personnel and mechanization already on the site. Energoprojekt is one of the leading Serbian construction companies, with proven experience in high-quality construction projects worldwide.

Energoprojekt will engage up to 350 workers on site and the same number of its subcontractors.
“We want to contribute to our capital’s growth into a better place to live and work and to become an important partner in development of Belgrade Waterfront. Energoprojekt intends to implement the project using our own engineering and production resources, but we will also appoint local subcontractors and suppliers from Serbia and abroad. Belgrade citizens will be able to observe the progress of works above the ground level as soon as spring this year”, said Vladimir Milovanovic, General Manager, Energoprojekt.
Construction works on the twin-tower complex BW Residences started in the fourth quarter of 2015.
The 20-storey residential towers will feature 296 one- to four-bedroom apartments and an array of amenities for its residents including an indoor swimming pool, yoga and lounge area, a modern health club, children’s play area and pool, roof gardens and a podium deck full of activities.
