- Gradina Company’s contract to cover interior works, facades, installations and finishing works at the mall
Belgrade, 24 September 2018: Representatives of Belgrade Waterfront and the Serbian construction company Gradina signed a new contract, assigning Gradina as the main contractor for BW Galerija, a shopping mall that will cover an area of 300,000 sqm, of which 143,000 sqm is above ground. Gradina Company has already been in charge of structural work on the mall and according to the new contract, it will now be responsible for the complete facades and installations, as well as the interior and finishing works.
BW Galerija, located within Belgrade Waterfront, will be the largest shopping mall in Serbia and the region, with retail facilities on the ground floor and on two more floors. The shopping mall — set to open in 2020 — is designed in accordance with the highest industry standards, featuring 93,000 sqm of lease space and 3,600 parking spaces.

BW Galerija will offer outstanding retail facilities with recognisable world brands, various entertainment and dining outlets, a large cinema, and a recreational area to all residents and visitors of the capital. The building was projected by renowned international architecture company RTKL, whose engineers were inspired by existing Belgrade streets.
