In the latest quarterly report of the Republic Geodetic Institute, it is pointed out that the most expensive apartment and the most expensive square metre since the beginning of the year were sold in Belgrade Waterfront. However, the same report states that the most favorable square metre in this exclusive location was sold for EUR 3,265, which is a lower price than for new residential apartments in other central parts of Belgrade.
Belgrade Waterfront is designed to meet the needs of the modern family, so the price in numerous buildings, ready to be moved in as soon as the next year, is adjusted to this category of buyers.
