As part of our team at BGD 360 DECK, we are looking for a responsible and organized person to take on the role of TICKET SALES AGENT. In this position, you will be responsible for ticket sales, providing key information about the attraction, and assisting visitors at the Observation Deck. Your ability to provide accurate information and guide guests to the best options will directly contribute to each visitor taking unforgettable memories with them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Selling tickets to visitors at the Belgrade 360 Deck
- Informing visitors about operating hours, prices, and services offered by the Belgrade 360 Deck
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales area to ensure each visitor has a pleasant first impression
- Answering visitor questions in a friendly and professional manner
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- Work experience in sales, tourism, hospitality, or similar roles is an advantage
- Politeness and professionalism in communication
- Team spirit and responsibility
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of the English language is an advantage
