Kula Belgrade provides a unique experience that combines innovative technology with impressive visuals. A diverse souvenir shop allows visitors to take a piece of this incredible experience with them.
We are looking for enthusiastic and communicative individuals to join our sales team in the souvenir shop at BGD 360 DECK. In this position, you will sell souvenirs, provide information about products, and ensure an unforgettable experience for all visitors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in selecting and purchasing souvenirs
- Providing information about the products and souvenirs available in the store
- Actively selling and promoting products with a friendly approach to customers and visitors
- Operating the cash register (handling payments with various payment methods)
- Regularly positioning items according to internal procedures and monitoring stock levels
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales area
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- Previous retail experience is an advantage, but enthusiasm and the desire to build the future together are more important to us
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and interactive environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of the English language is an advantage
