Krvavac says that the situations are not rare in which clients suddenly, observing the supply and demand laws on the market, make an opposite decision than the original one.
“We have examples where clients buy an apartment in Belgrade Waterfront to settle down and live in it, and then, seeing how the situation on the rental market is drastically changing for the better in favor of the owner, they decide to continue living in the existing home, and put the apartment in the most modern neighborhood in our country for rent. Thanks to the income from renting out those apartments, they soon were able to buy new apartments that they also rent out. By buying new real estate and renting it out, they constantly make their earn bigger,” he says, adding that there is also a noticeable trend that a large number of apartments are rented out short-term, for a few days or weeks, to tourists, who are increasingly on the streets of Belgrade.
